Durbar Nepalese and Indian Bistro

The menu notes which items are gluten free and which are vegan. Our server was also knowledgeable and helpful as we ordered. Three of us shared tandoori chicken, Korma, and a a third item. Large portions and great food. Enough leftovers to not have to cook the next day.

The staff is fluent in English. Having a conversation about gluten free needs was easy.

I was told that the bread is baked separately from the entrees. The bread and entrees do not come into contact in the kitchen. I was also told that all of the soup, salads, and curry entrees are gluten free except for the chicken chilli.

There seemed to be many options and the staff was aware of avoiding contamination.
