I came in for some appetizers and apparently they have a gluten free fryer (first earls I've heard that has this). I got some fries and calamari and was ok after! This may be a new addition from the previous reviews.

Had an absolutely horrible experince here. We will never be back. My girlfriend and I both have celiac disease and we decided to leave without touching our food. Before ordering our food we were told the fryer was not gluten free anymore, so we didn't order anything from the fryer. When my meal came out my steak had fried onions on it from the fryer and the food my girlfriend had ordered was not as described on the menu with extra items and an extra sauce all around it. When i informed the waiter again that i can't eat fried items due to celiac he took my plate back to the kitchen. 5 minutes later a second waiter came out with the same plate of food telling me i would probably be ok eating the food, i sent it back again. Another 5 minutes later the assistant manager comes back with the same plate of food again with the same idea that i would probably be ok, i sent it back again. Another few minutes goes by and the manager comes out with guess what, the same plate of food again and wouldn't take it back leaving us with the plate that had now been handled by four different people. We decided to leave after all the cluster f.

Amazing experience for our dinner. Our server was extremely knowledgeable about Celiac and helpful. They do have gf items marked on the menu, but can make modifications to many other items on the menu as well. Dedicated fryer for the fries and really good gluten-free buns.

I ate here twice whilst in Vancouver and had a great experience. I had a pizza and the salmon with rice and veggies. Both times the waiters knew what coeliac disease was and assured me that they would take precautions to avoid cross contamination. I didn’t get ill from eating here so I do think they took it very seriously. And the food was nice too.
