Looks like a brewery just opened for business outside, you walk in to an open space ready to grow and an inviting host waiting to feed you with a smile. All plant based / vegan, with a plethora of gluten free options for me. And the menu is so well laid out, I nearly ordered all of them.

When I got there, the owner invitingly offered, "Zack?" and brought my food forward. When I mentioned dessert, without asking she gave me the gluten-free layout. Ordered 1 of each.
When she asked if we were new to the area, I mentioned we're off to Colorado for my grad degree (MENV) and she kindly invited me to "when we come back" to visit the upcoming vegan wine bar in July.
Go here. I want a place to come back to. Especially the place that started my journey into Sustainable Food Systems.
My family turned on Cowspiracy for the first time while we ate an unforgettable, innovative take on the American meal experience. It was all delicious. We'd all order the exact same meal again.
