While the pizza was good and the owner a sweetheart, I am celiac and cross contamination happened 😣

The office had ordered from them. Gluten-free pizza and gluten pizzas. Was very pleased with their gluten-free pizza. It was delicous. The other employees were happy with the other. No disappointment. Try them out. Good range in menu.

They have a separate oven for pizzas to avoid cross contamination.

The pizza crust is amazing! The edges are crisp and the middle is soft like a good pizza should be. They take extra precautions as the owners have celiac. They serve gluten free bread, pasta and desserts too.

I believe two of the owners’ daughters are celiac from what they told me and so the kitchen and staff are knowledgeable about being celiac friendly. You must notify your server though so they can let the kitchen know. I have eaten here quite a bit and have been safe every time. Plus, the food is delicious!

I was told the the owners are gluten free so they and their staff know what they are dealing with . I love their pizza. Best gluten free pizza I've had. Also gluten free homemade desserts. Really great prices.

I know the majority of the reviews rave about this place. I have been very sick since eating here. The staff is friendly and the restaurant is clean. If you are celiac, I would be careful.

Amazing! Great gluten free menu. A couple things have been removed though so just verify with the server. Our waitress went back and double checked for me. I got the spaghetti and clams in a white wine sauce. Delicious! And the gluten free Chocolate fudge cake with cherries was the best I've ever had and I have flourless chocolate cake everywhere I can get it. Will definitely be back if I'm ever going through Pueblo again.

This place has really good gf food I have eaten here two time and I have not gotten sick

I loved their gluten free meatball heros, but they haven't been offering them for months. I just asked about them again and was told it was "too difficult to keep making them and keep them fresh" so they won't be offered any more. Incredibly disappointing.

They get it here! Owner is Celiac. They make their own bread, dough and cookies! We had subs. Was a great stop for us while traveling across the state.

awesome pizza the best I've ever had out that is gluten free. I can't have tomatoes so the staff was very accomadating with olive oil garlic and parmesan with mozz, grilled chick3n and basil. it was really amazing as I was traveling out of town. the owners are super nice and both have celiac so very knowledgeable about their baked goods (which ones were gf as they are italian and offer cannoli's) wish I had gone there for other business trips. if I could give 10 star I would!! thank you so much

GF wonderful. My son loved the GF sub bread. We bought GF bread and GF cookies to take home. My family loved the pizza too. Great find. Thank you East Coast Pizza!

I called to check the menu since I recently figured out what's wrong with me. Anyway they have really awesome people working for them and the gluten free bread hands down the best I've had. I'm a forever customer.

This place is fantastic! Great service. Not a huge selection, but what they have is delicious. Pasta, pizza crust, bread and desserts. Their dinner salads are huge. The owner and his daughter are Celiac, so they take it very seriously. We will definitely stop by here again.

Absolutely fantastic food!! My daughter had her first gf chicken parm sub. I was so impressed with the gf sub roll I had to ask to be sure it was gf. Over 10 scrumptious desserts, real desserts to choose from. Owner's daughter has celiac so she knows her stuff! When looking for the restaurant, it sits back in a strip mall. Look for the tall red and white sign.

well I' m not sick so they did a good job. gluten free c bacon and black olives & great cookies. cookies in separate case. staff was good about asking questions

Got **VERY** sick here.

The owner has celiac and his staff can't even stop the cross contamination.

For instance, they put the gluten cooking in the top rack, so their crumbs can fall onto the lower racks where the gluten free cookies are.

I was told that the owners have Celiac too, so I had high hopes. I was not disappointed. Usually gluten free pizzas taste like cardboard and have a horrible crust. Not this one. It was soft, fluffy, and delicious! I especially loved the gluten free meatballs as a topping. Gluten free beer was on the menu, as well as pasta and a bakery case full of freshly baked gf goodies. It was a wonderful treat and I will be going back soon!

Great place for gluten free people! Very good italian food with several menu options and wonderful ownership that understand - they even used our dairy free cheese for our kids!

Great homemade pizza. They actually have a large selection of homemade pastries, cheesecake, ect... Love this place.
