If I could give no stars, I would. I asked the waitress on arrival about a gluten free menu, and I was told there was not one. I then ordered an omelet, and made it very clear there were to be no homefries and no toast. The omelet came out as ordered, but a few bites in, I noticed pieces of pancakes stuck to the bottom of it. The waitress offered to make a new one, but I refused. She then insinuated that the mistake was my fault because I was not clear enough about my condition, and she did not even offer to take the meal off of the bill. I will never attempt to eat there again.

Asked for no toast with my omelette and it came out with toast on top of the omelette. The waitress tried to just take the toast off but explained that i couldn't eat it anyways. The did make me a new omelette. Just not careful!

Nothing but incredible food and phenomenal service here; I can't praise this place enough!A friend and I stopped here for our first hot meal of the day on an incredibly long car trip. I have celiac disease - so I need gluten free food, very carefully prepared or I could get incredibly sick. I have the smartphone app and was being shown mostly places far behind us in the last state, but we were starving and decided to stop in this town regardless. This restaurant wasn't listed but we decided give this place a try! Boy was I impressed! If I wasn't about 8 hours away, I'd come here all the time!Admittedly when we walked in and asked at the counter if they had anything gluten-free, they didn't seem very confident or like they had anything. But they said they had a large menu and to look it over and see if anything looked correct.Shoutout to our amazing server Allison for being incredibly detailed and asking me several questions to better understand celiac disease. I ordered a variation of their Chicken Marsala dish; they practically made it custom just for me! Normally it has mushrooms and a marsala wine sauce (neither of which I am a fan), but they instead made a butter garlic sauce for me all over rice. It was steaming hot and delicious; hands-down one of the best gluten-free meals I've ever had! She mentioned that she hovered over the cook constantly to make sure he wasn't adding flour or cooking/preparing it in any way that could be harmful to me, and it showed! The salad was out of this world delicious as well, and I didn't have it with any dressing! Carrots, cucumbers, & tomatoes over crisp iceberg lettuce. All of this for under $20! (I just had water). Halfway through my amazing meal I showed her my food allergy card (which I almost never pull out anymore), which shows what GF meals cannot have, possible dangers, and what *is* safe, which she was so excited to see! I told them if someone had a smartphone they could take a picture of it, which she tried immediately! Unfortunately the lighting wasn't making for a very good picture (and the black on red text is admittedly hard to see), so while I finished my meal she borrowed it and wrote ALL the information down, including the website source. www.ceceliasmarketplace.com/gf-dining-out-cards/I was so happy to help and even happier to see our server be so thrilled about learning more and understanding celiac disease! Allison & the cook who prepared my meal are both incredibly amazing! They don't have GF bread or any other products, but this restaurant will absolutely cater to your needs! I didn't see them on the "Find Me Gluten Free" restaurant smartphone app before, but I'm making it my absolute duty to ensure everyone knows about this hidden gem in the future! You'll be sure to see a review from me for East Greenbush Diner on there as well. I know without a doubt all of the staff will understand and be able to serve those with celiac disease even better from here on out!
