I have celiac disease and wheat allergy along with a dairy sensitivity and I felt safe and confident in my order they even double checked their gluten items to be sure there was not wheat at all or dairy

I went to the Fort Myers location twice and had a great experience! Everything there is gluten-free except the regular noodles and some of the sauces. You pick your choice of rice or gluten free noodles, load it up with fresh veggies, pick a protein, and pick a sauce that is GF. They cook it all in a separate and clean wok. It was delicious!

We rock the wok at Eat Smart is amazing. Everything is set up in a vegetarian style assembly line. Large portions that are shareable.A definite must try for people who suffer from Celiacs Disease! I will be back soon.
