Discussed needs with the owner prior to sitting down. Server took great care of me as did the kitchen. It was a late dinner for us, so as Chef was leaving, he came over to speak with me. He told me all the precautions he took and asked me to follow up. He really wanted to know if his precautions were enough. Really appreciate their attentiveness!! He also said they can custom-make Alfredo sauce without flour. Sad I forgot to take a picture of my meal. I had pesto-chicken pasta. Hubby and I split a roasted beat salad. Both delicious!
