Celiac friendly?



I had gluten free pasta with Italian bacon. This is actually several testaurants or cafes and a large Italian food store owned by Mario Batali (he's a Food Network Italian chef). I had Casarecce all' Amatriciana, gluten free pasta, guancialeĀ (Italian bacon), red onion, tomato, chili flake and pecorino Romano cheese. It was so good! I am tried some cheeses and the tartufo salami. I had the GF semifreddo (made with a rice flour sponge cake base) for dessert. I also bought some GF pasta and cookies to take home. Fun place!
