My daughter enjoyed her meal of scrambled eggs and fresh strawberries. She didn’t try the GF toast, but overall everybody was happy with their meal, and my daughter did not get sick.

Was on a road trip and had eaten at an Eat’ Park in Chippewa the night before without getting sick. I explained my celiac diagnosis to the person taking the orders over the phone. She was knowledgeable and indicated over the phone what items were on the GF menu.
I ordered a western omelet for pick-up.
My food was marked “gluten-friendly” on the take-out container. They offered me double fruit since the potatoes it normally comes with were fried in a shared fryer. The staff were kind and didn’t make my accommodations seem burdensome.
As a nice bonus, when my daughter who does not have celiac (as of yet, am I right?) and I went in to get our food, they asked me if it was ok to offer her their trademark Smiley Face Cookie. When I said it was ok for her to take food containing gluten, they offered her one and one for her sibling and gave her a separate bag to put them in. Lovely customer service. My food was tasty and filling. I did not get sick, which was a real blessing considering I was facing hours in the car!

All the nostalgia for this place from when I was in high school. When we were passing through I stopped for dinner. Very kind waitress who, though she was unclear about the allergen protocols, retrieved her manager promptly.
The manager took our celiac diagnoses (my mother and mine) very seriously and brought us a printed menu identifying all the gluten-friendly items and any special preparations that needed to be made (such as mashed potatoes, but no gravy, when they are usually served together).
I ordered the chili (which has always been a favorite), steamed broccoli and a baked potato. My mother ordered a grilled chicken BLT on a GF bun. The rest of our family ordered from the regular menu.
Our food took slightly longer to arrive, but the manager did come to update us that they were in process, apologized for the wait, and explained that the delay was because they were doing extra cleaning and taking extra precautions. I’m always happy to wait a bit for that news! In the end, it only took about 15-20 minutes for our food to arrive.
The food was tasty and the atmosphere casual. I would recommend this location for anyone who is willing to advocate for themselves and can be patient with the slight delay.
