Staff seemed knowledgeable but the food was blah. Fish and chips had no flavor. Wouldn’t choice this place again.
We had drinks here, but none of the staff had any info on gf so we went somewhere else for dinner. But hey the drinks were good.
No dedicated GF frier as mentioned on overview. Does have a decent GF menu with options to make dishes GF. As someone with gluten-intolerance I was fine after eating here.
The staff was well versed on GF. The fryer for the fish is dedicated but the fries are not. If you have celiac don’t get the fries. You can substitute for a salad.
No
Yikes. That’s all I got to say.
No
I enjoyed the gluten free pizza but that and the hamburger with GF buns was pretty much it. No dedicated fryer or GF menu
Asked for a salad without croutons and told the waiter about my celiac disease but the salad came with a crouton under some lettuce and there were some crumbs which makes me think it's premade and they just took them off. Very disappointing. I could tell the waiter was very impatient with allergies (another person in our party had a separate allergy) and refused to take us seriously. Would not recommend if you have celiac disease.

NOT gluten free. NO dedicated fryer. Yes there are gluten free hamburger buns and pizza crust. But that doesn't make a place gluten free. Also, there are 'gluten free' fish and chips with tempura batter, but it IS NOT gluten free when fried with a contaminated fryer.
Delicious food, definitely not safe.

Waiter, at the front entrance, wasn't sure about anything I asked. We left and went to the Blu Pig where they had GF menu.

I ate there once and was fine probably because I had a salad. The waiter was not very pleasant either. Went a 2nd time and was told by the waitress that they are NOT celiac friendly because of the fryer and prep areas. This waitress was also had an attitude. You can probably get by if you or not celiac. Not sure you want to base on the service.

My family brought my daughter here tonight because she was wanting Gf pizza. I called the restaurant and read the reviews before coming in. Now, she can't leave the toilet as she has been vomiting over and over and feels really sick. We were hoping we could trust the menu since they are hard to find. This should make for a long two days of driving home with a sick child. I don't recommend this place. I'm guessing cross contamination was the reason. Anyhow..beware!!! Please separate pans, sauce, utensils and cooking gloves when working with Celiacs.

They have GF desert. Separate GF menu. Nice waiter who was willing to check ingredients. Most of the food was tasty, but not all. Pizzas were good, but they could not actually get the pick your own toppings thing straight. Best to select a set toppings order. We got the feeling they hired whatever and whoever they could, and we just got lucky with our waiter.
Once we were seated and given their gluten free menu, none of the servers could be bothered. We walked out.

Good food, friendly wait staff. Our waiter was on top of gluten free info.
Knowledgable - all staff knew what was needed. Repeatedly stated they did not have celiac certification, but worked very hard to make certain my meal was as safe as possible. They stated they do NOT have separate cooking surfaces, NOR a dedicated fryer.
Food was good.
Yes
The fish and chips are amazing! The waitress said the owner is celiac and is careful to keep everything separate. Separate fryer, separate boiling water, etc
Yes
Their beer battered fish & chips are über good, served with fries and cole slaw all GF. A real treat for me. They also have Omission Pale Ale & Lager. No IPA yet. I think it is still jumping through the hoops to get approved by Utah. Have not seen it anywhere here. BTW - same owners for 20 years.
Yes
I was so excited to eat here after reading the reviews. The fish was good but the tarter sauce, fries and cole slaw were not gluten free so ended up with a garden salad. What happened? I suspect they have changed owners. Gluten free ice cream on the menu but was told they arnt gluten free...really? There are other restaurants in the area that have gluten free options on their menu and on the premises.
The waitress was super helpful and gave me several choices. I had the fish and chips with a side of coleslaw and it was fantastic! the fish is made in a gluten free beer batter and a dedicated fryer. I don't drink but they had 5 different gluten free beer and hard ciders to choose from.
Be sure to talk to the owner because some of the wait staff aren't so swift; apparently, one of the cooks is gf. Rare treat to get fried fish (as an entree ot taco) in great tempura batter. Lots of other choices, such as gf pizza.
Super yummy burger for those of us that rarely get to eat stuff like that! They even had buffalo or turkey patties. Owner was extremely friendly, as was the staff. I will definitely be back next time I'm in Moab.
Ate here three nights in a row this week when we were visiting Moab. The first night we ate dinner here, it was so good we didn't want to bother eating anywhere else since GF restaurants can be so hit or miss. I had the turkey burger (GF bun is awesome and doesn't crumble or fall apart!), Cobb salad, and GF pizza. All were delicious. I also had the flourless Mexican chocolate cake which was heavenly! They don't have a dedicated GF menu but the staff is very knowledgeable. Highly recommend!
great staff! very helpful and made me feel confident. celiac 4-year-old loved the pizza.
