Hostess (orders are placed at the counter now) seemed thoroughly unconcerned at the mention of celiac disease. And today I am sick from gluten. Do not recommend.

Waitress extremely knowledgeable. Gf buns for burgers - they are cooked on a separate pans. Gf pizza crust. They use new gloves and cook it on its own pan in the oven.

They change their gloves when they make gf pizza. Artsinal sodas are to die for

Update they no longer have a fryer and they put bread on the grill. My server was not helpful and I got sick. If you have celiac do not eat here

Service was a little slow at first but the food came out quickly and everything was delicious. The staff was knowledgeable about celiac. Lots of well marked gluten free items on the menu, including alcohol. We shared an appetizer, 2 meals and dessert, plus ciders, with no negative reaction.

Food was drab, had better ribs at Outback. Service was slow. Typical tourist spot. Only good thing is I haven't gotten sick yet.

Not really worth the long wait, but decent. Burger was ok, but cheese wasn't melted, and no GF bun, they used GF bread. It fell apart completely and was a big mess.

Service was good, but food was slow.

3 GF desserts, but all have dairy.

Very nice place with acommodating and friendly staff. However, if you are celiac be sure you speak to the manager before ordering. The server seemed informed at first but after a few questions she was not aware of what cc does to celiacs. Their GF pizza crust is cooked in a wood fire oven together with the regular ones. They offered to cook it on a plate for us but it did not sound safe. We ended up having a burger cooked on a pan since they toast their regular buns on the grill. Fries are safe. They also have gluten free bread, chips and other dishes.

The food was delicious. Lots of GF options, including any pizza toppings on quinoa if you aren't in the mood for GF pizza crust. There is GF cider and liquor. If there are people in your party that can enjoy gluten, the beer is delicious too.

Excellent service, prices and food! The owner, Brian England, really cares about providing tasty, healthy gluten free options. There are lots of gluten free items on the menu (including pizza)!! I had the pazole; which was perfectly spicy, muy delicioso and gluten free! My honey had the cape diem burger. It was so good, he practically inhaled it. lol!! Love this place. The next time we're in Buena Vista, Eddyline will definitely be on the agenda.
