Review of Edelweiss Bar & Grill Restaurant Luquillo

This place was EXTREMELY accommodating and the waitress talked to the chef about making me sweet plantains in a separate skillet! Which was so nice! So I had a gluten free meal that I was very happy about and appreciate that they helped me out so much. I did not get sick at all! And I’m a very sensitive celiac.
