What a nice surprise it was to find this setup! Food trucks are stationed in front of the golf course. Great food gf and non (per my husband). I had a burger and it was fantastic. Got a truly in the drink area behind the food trucks. When ready to eat we sat out behind the building looking over the green with live music, a nice breeze, and shade from the overhanging trees. Will be back!

What a surprise… food truck in a cool location with an interesting menu and it’s all gluten free! From the French fries to the fried pickles!! Sit outside under the moss-draped live oaks and listen to music while you enjoy some really great food.

Was there for lunch and found out EVERYTHING is gluten free, except the bread, BUT they have gf bread as well!!! I had the pork Cuban and fries and it was delicdrinks, (no drinks, but you can get soda and other achcolic drinks in the bar) Will be going back to try more of their choices!! This is one of three food trucks and a small bar that also had gluten free beer choices. I personally can't help you with that as I never drank beer before, so still don't drink it!! There is some seating in the building where the bar is, but majority of seating is outside with tables & chairs and picnic tables!

Very good! I had the smash burger on a GF bun and it was great. Also GF fried pickles were a hit. Nice to have a place that does gluten free close by us in the villages.

Really good lunch! They had a lot of gf options including buns and a lot of breaded items(chicken tenders, fried pickles, etc.) Most of the menu was gf. It is a little weird getting to because it is located in a gated community. Unfortunately it was also a bit pricey for a food truck(with a gf bun up charge too.) However the outdoor seating right on a golf course near life music was wonderful!

We had a good lunch, make sure to ask about the procedures for the cooking methods. We had gluten free chicken tenders & fries with no problems. We’ll be back.

Just about everything on the menu is gluten free with the exception of a few items. But those items are made ahead of time and warmed on the press. So no worry about cross contamination. The people are super helpful and nice and the atmosphere is awesome. They normally have live music, you can check online to see when live performances are happening

There are actually 2 food trucks and an ice cream truck here, with an attached bar, and not only is the scenery enchanting, the food is FABULOUS. Both trucks were well aware of allergy protocols. We will be stopping here on our trips from now on!!

Sooo good and sooo nice to have fried and breaded food to eat for a change. Bonus points for also being super delicious. There are also GF alcoholic drinks available at the bar. Great outdoor setting, live music, nice atmosphere. Will be back and planning to bring friends and family when they come visit.

This is a food truck that has completely gluten-free items except for sandwich buns, but can be made gluten-free if you ask for a gluten-free bun. There is a dedicated fryer so all fried items are gluten-free. Is food truck sits next to a little bar on the ninth hole of a golf course at The Villages. When we came here they had live music, good drinks along with this wonderful gluten-free food made for a wonderful evening. If you are traveling through the area and want good GF food and entertainment this is a definite must stop.

Everything is gluten free and fried! They don’t advertise that, but the breading and fries are great—southern food which we never get!
