Unbelievable gluten-free menu!

First cinnamon roll I’ve had in 4+ years. It was DELICIOUS and moist; not dense like most gf baked items. Found out they were from Ali’s Bakery in Highland, IL they ship!! The pancakes were super fluffy and delicious too!
