We were about to walkout due to gluten cross contamination issues with one griddle. Lou, the owner, came out, and we discussed the issues. He fried everything in a separate frying pan for one celiac guest in our party of five. They even fried fresh bacon instead of using the morning flash baked batch. It can be celiac friendly, but you need to let them know. They could use a little more education on celiac though.
only things available for GF is egg, tuna or chicken salad or fruit. everything is cooked on dame griddle and that is not GF. GF on menu stands for gluten friendly not free. stay away if you have celiac.
Gluten Friendly does not mean gluten free. Everything is cooked on the same grill = cross contamination. With a dairy and gluten allergy, you can order poached eggs and fruit...that's about it.

Called today to see if I could eat here and was told that everything was cross contaminated and not safe for celiac

Offer gluten free pancakes but everything is cooked on the same grill so cross contamination is present. But when I said I had celiac the chef came out and said that they will clean the grill and make sure it is ok to the best of their abilities. Super nice and caring staff and had no problems after eating the pancakes.

I was told the only GF option was their pancakes. Normally GF pancakes are a treat to be able to get, but these were very gooey in the middle and didn't taste that great. Unfortunately, I felt sick shortly after leaving the restaurant.

My waitress and the staff were all super helpful and concerned. They double checked all ingredients to make sure there were no traces of gluten. I got the eggs Benedict on GF bread instead of English muffin, Home fries, and water. I don’t have an allergy or celiac, so I’m not hyper vigilant. The staff here was.

Have eaten here many times. They have an allergy protocol and a dedicated GF toaster. I’ve never gotten sick. I have never tried the GF pancakes or waffles though.
