I’d love to be able to write an actual review, but after taking an Uber then waiting in a long line to order here they informed us that they were out of gluten free buns. The only signage indicating this was a small piece of receipt tape on the front of the register that doesn’t become visible until after waiting in the aforementioned long line. If I were immortal then wasting that much time probably wouldn’t matter, but sadly I’m not.

Went here based on the reviews, it was delicious! There is indeed a long line, I went at 11am and waited about 20 minutes, it moved fast. Ordered the gluten free sausage egg and cheese, and the bacon egg and cheese, hash browns. Noted my allergy and it was taken seriously in the kitchen. Definitely recommended if you’re center strip! I’m highly sensitive and had no issues.

The only GF option is a GF bun. No other options here.

Ate here today. Excited to get a gluten free bun. I did tell them I have a gluten allergy. About an 1.5 hours later I was sick. I didnāt anything after that so I know that this is what got my sick. Iām sure it was cross contamination. They were super busy, no chef came to talk to me. I wonāt be going back there again. I would recommend that if you do to make sure they are extra careful and maybe check to make sure there will be no cross contamination.
So good, ate here twice in two days. So good and no issues. Gluten free bun is light and yummy and the truffle hash brown are amazing. There is a line, even when you go early but moves fast and is worth it.

Went here once while visiting because everyone said how great it was. We got there about 15 minutes before it opened and the line was already pretty long, but don't let that fool you, it goes really quick once they open. Got a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, hasbrowns, and OJ. The head chef changed gloves and made my food start to finish, and it was bagged separate from my wife's order. *Beware of the yolk, it will leak all over, if you don't leave the butt of the sandwich in the paper lol.* Everything was really tasty, and the biscuit held together decently. Seems pricy for what you get, but its a good to-go option for celiacs in Vegas.

Was a little nervous because I couldn’t see if they really prepared mine separately or not, but ended up fine (no symptoms). Hash browns are RIDICULOUSLY good.

Traveling to Vegas for vacation and this was our first stop for breakfast. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches (gluten free). and an order of truffle hash browns to share. The hash browns were amazing and sandwiches pretty good. Chipotle ketchup in the sandwich was interesting flavour. Agree with some reviews to say that the GF sandwich was a bit crumbly. The assembly process felt safe as buns were warmed in separate trays, dedicated area for GF prep and one person took care of the order from beginning to end. Will be back. Warning that there is a long line but it does move quickly.

Had the Fairfax on gluten free bun, no cheese and hash-browns. The sandwich must been eaten with a fork since the gf bun crumbles, but that’s something to expect with gf buns.
The cashier listened when I explained my allergies and she made sure what I ordered was okay for me to eat.
Overall, good food and I didn’t get sick

Delicious egg sandwich! Make sure you tell them to make your food separately. I watched them change gloves and put my bread on a separate pan in the toaster. Very busy place but the staff was friendly.

Was excited to try it based off reviews here, but we got there at 9am (they open at 7), and they were out of gluten free bread.
They were awesome about gluten free. Only reason for the four star rating is because the GF bread they used on the sandwich wasn’t great. The hash browns were next level delicious.

Absolutely amazing for gluten free people for breakfast. The hashbrowns are little pieces of heaven cooked in duck fat with truffle oil, seasalt. They are crispy golden brown on the outside and delicate on the inside. We loved to so much we went twice and we cabbed it from Harrah's. The staff was fantastic! We got there early and we ate there twice no issues with either of us.

I was excited to eat here, but I was disappointed by their allergy procedures. I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich on their GF bread, but they were out. Any sandwich could be made as a salad, so I switched. I watched them make my salad on the flat top, and could see that the leaves were clearly touching the (non GF) buns on both of the other sides. My food wasn’t kept separate. Not sure what their allergy procedures are as I asked them to ring it in as an allergy and made it clear why I needed GF. I did not eat the salad because I knew it would make me sick.

The hash browns are a must and the bread is very good. I am a pretty intense celiac and it was fabulous. I had no issues from there. This is a must visit in Las Vegas if you are a celiac. I got the turkey sausage sandwich and the hash browns. If I come back to vegas I will visit here again.

Felt very safe eating here! They had GF bread that they kept completely separate. They also handed it to us in a separate bag than the other orders in the group that contained gluten. The bread was flakey/broke apart easily but felt safe here which is key!

As always, advocate for yourself and make sure they know it’s an allergy, not a dietary preference. They have a button to mark allergies. I was skeptical about their cross contact procedures but I was assured they’d change gloves and take precautions. I immediately knew when my sandwich was being made because it was being carried around on a separate tray, got the bacon and eggs fresh off the grill, then was placed in a toaster oven instead of the cooktop. The bun crumbled rather quickly but at least i knew it was for sure gluten free, and the sandwich was tasty nonetheless.

This place was a wonderful find. The duck fat rosemary hash browns are absolutely delicious and they are gf. They make their own gf roll in house and can serve their breakfast sandwiches on that. People line up half an hour before the place opens - it’s that yummy! Get extra napkins for the sandwiches. The sandwich can run and squirt you when you are eating it. Totally worth it though for the yum factor! I am a celiac and ate here twice and did not get sick.

I ordered the egg sausage cheese sandwich with the gluten free bun. The bun at first seemed dry with no flavor, but after a few bites it was good. I think it does the job. I also ordered the truffle hash browns. These were amazing, but I think have some gluten in them or are definitely fried with other items that have gluten. I have a mild reaction.

Food is good, but not celiac safe. They fry all their buns together on the same griddle whether they’re GF or not. Lots of cross contamination. I didn’t think the GF bun was good. It was really dry and crumbly.

They have a gf bun for their sandwiches & I thought it was great! My husband & I both ordered a different gf sandwich, 1 with bacon & 1 with sausage & they both tasted fantastic! Their hash browns are like large tator tots & they are gf & fried in a dedicated fryer so it’s worth splurging on those also! We did have a long line but it moved pretty quickly.

This place was great!!! Line was long but went by very quick. I told them of my “allergy” and they took extra caution. I even requested my sandwich to be in a separate bag to be safe and they did that. Food quality was great as well. Well worth the wait especially since it’s hard to find breakfast

Wasn't confident that they took any extra precautions in preparing GF, my sandwich was open and placed in the same bag as a non GF item and within 7 hours of eating, I am now sick. Really disappointed. Would not recommend if you are coeliac.

Wow! I had a delicious breakfast sandwich on their GF bun - which was soft and chewy! I got the hash browns as well and they were to die for. I’m not sure if they were fried in a separate fryer though, so I recommend you ask if you have Celiacs.

I had the bacon, egg and cheese sandwich with hash browns. The staff was so great! I watched the chef change his gloves, grab a new pan, heat my bun to wrapping it up to ensure it was GF. Even put it in a separate bag so I wouldn’t be cross contaminated with my husband. Super tasty and reasonable for a Vegas breakfast!

My daughter had serious doubts about the safety of my food, based on how busy the place was and the sheer volume of orders moving through at a fast pace. I decided to trust the reviews and was not disappointed. The bacon, egg, and cheese sandwich on a GF bun was really good, and I had absolutely no reaction. We ate there five days ago, and I’m just catching up on my reviews, but I always wait at least 24 hours, to make sure there’s no reaction.

Ended up eating here every morning of our 4 day trip. I’m celiac and normally don’t trust “fast food” style places, however for lack of options and other good reviews we decided to try this. So delicious and they took my celiac very seriously. Don’t be intimidated by the line, it moves fast. Try to get there before 9ish though or the line gets much longer and you risk them being out of their gluten free buns.
Yes
Eaten here twice in last 2 months. No reactions either time. Gluten free buns to substitute for sandwiches, and signature “slut” is also GF. Food is good, but pricey (cup of orange juice is $5.25). Service is really good.
Amazing! Food was delicious. Told them I was celiac upfront, then marked everything as gluten allergy, washed their hands and changed gloves before touching any food, which was done in designated prep space. It is a diner style grill but that had very good procedures and trained their staff well. Ate there three times and didn't get sick at all.

WOW!!!! can’t say enough.....this place by far has the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve ever had gluten free or not. I am celiac for the past 4 yrs and the gf bun was fantastic!!!! Ate there the past 2 mornings. Don’t be deterred by the long line it moves quickly! Don’t miss out šššš
Yes
They offer GF buns to substitute on their sandwiches. The bun held its form well and was delicious! Even though they were very busy, the cooks even changed their gloves and used a clean pan for me when I informed them I was celiac.
Yes
Delicious. It’s so nice to be able to enjoy a breakfast sandwich. I eat here every time we are in Vegas and have always had great food and never been sick from it. Once we were told that they were out of gf buns, bit after a little complaining that I did not want a salad instead, the manager went ‘somewhere’ (another of the Cosmo restaurants) and got more gf buns! Sometimes the gf buns are a litte drier and crumblier than others, but I’m not complaining when my meal is that yummy. Also, the Slut is another delicious option (minus the side of bread)— a coddled egg over delicious mashed potatoes. It is like heaven in a little glass jar. Celiac friendly and don’t fear- that long line up moves quickly!!
Yes
They took great precautions on my breakfast sandwich, and it tasted great!

Went here for breakfast today. Initially I was impressed - they asked if I had an allergy and the food prep changed his gloves. However I am now sick :( I will be sending them an email and will not be returning
No
The rest of the family loved it, but after a 45 minute wait in line to find out they were out of gf buns and bread was a huge disappointment. They could have marked the menu both up front and where the line starts around the corner
Staff was knowledgeable and the chef prepared the gluten free sandwich in the back kitchen area but, the taste left more to be desired.
Yes
Amazing breakfast spot! The line was a little late no but moved quickly. They have a gf bun (pretty tasty too) for an additional $1. When I asked for the gf bun, the cashier asked if it was an allergy or preference. She marked it as an allergy and I believe the staff changed gloves prior to making my sandwich. One of the best breakfast sandwiches I’ve had! My non-GF hubby agreed!!!
The staff prepared my gluten free bun sandwich in a separate area and were gluten aware. Sand which was awesome!
