Great breakfast, tasty and safe. Staff was well informed and I watched the chef prepare my food separately.

I get the appeal if you want fastfood or have been drinking but it’s just greasy fast food. I had the bacon, egg, cheese sandwich with tots. It was safe and they took precautions. Just make sure to inform them because it’s NOT a dedicated gf place. Minus a heart because of that.

One of the best gluten free meals I have ever had! The breakfast sandwich came on a biscuit like bun that was amazing! The truffle hash browns were fantastic and are fried in a separate fryer so they remain GF! I let them know I have celiac so they took extra precautions with my food. Highly recommend!

Ate here today. Excited to get a gluten free bun. I did tell them I have a gluten allergy. About an 1.5 hours later I was sick. I didnât anything after that so I know that this is what got my sick. Iâm sure it was cross contamination. They were super busy, no chef came to talk to me. I wonât be going back there again. I would recommend that if you do to make sure they are extra careful and maybe check to make sure there will be no cross contamination.
Eggslut is not a sit down restaurant. There is seating nearby to enjoy your food, but you order your food and take it to go. The day I went the line was apparently short. We waited 30 minutes from time of entering line to receiving our food, which I think is great for Vegas. The food was definitely worth the wait. I had the bacon egg and cheese sandwich with hashbrowns. Their gluten free bread is a little dry (to be expected), but overall the meal was egg-cellent!

Amazing experience! The chef made our gluten free order himself, keeping it on a tray separate from the rest of the kitchen surfaces. Breakfast sandwich was amazing and hashbrowns are done in a dedicated fryer.

The food is wonderful and it seems like they had fairly good protocols in place but there is a chance for cross contamination. Gluten free buns were kept in separate, sealed container, and because of how it’s set up you can watch them make your food if you are paying attention. I had breakfast here two separate mornings and did not have a reaction.

Got there too late for a gluten free sandwich, they ran out of buns. It was around 1 and they close at 2/3 pm. I will just have to go back for that. Just got the slut and ate it without the bread, very yummy, and some hash browns.

One of my favorite egg sandwiches to date. So good. Can sub gluten free bread on any of their sandwiches and they do a decent job of separating items. The Fairfax is my personal favorite. The bread was almost too good I thought I was given the wrong one but it definitely was crumbling as I was eating and I thankfully did not get sick at all. Highly recommend!

I had the Sausage Egg and Cheese on a GF bun and the Truffle Hash Browns. I waited probably 25 minutes in line, then another 10 minutes for the food. Somehow it was lukewarm when I received it. Overall, the food was underwhelming. Other than the temperature issue, the sausage was chewy and tasteless, and the whole thing was dripping with grease. The bun crumbled and fell apart so it was impossible to eat as a sandwich. The truffle has browns were also cold and tasteless. I was so excited to try it out, but I won’t be back.

All dishes could be served on gluten free buns or arugula salad. Since they are only cooking eggs/bacon on the grill I don’t think there would be much cross contamination. Very good and affordable food.

Gluten free bun was good
Went with my celiac boyfriend, they were busy and unfortunately sold out of gluten free buns but they made his meal on top of a salad instead. We watched closely and while nothing was contaminated, it was all prepared in close quarters and would be easy for it to happen, so just pay attention. All the food was tasty, especially the truffle hash browns.

We stayed at the Cosmopolitan and saw good reviews about Eggslut. The first two times we went (we went three!) were great- changed gloves before getting a gluten free bun that was kept in its own covered container, prepared the sandwich on a new tray brought from the back, used a plastic knife to cut the bread open. Great measures in place. Hash browns are also GF with a dedicated fryer.
The third day we went someone different prepared my food- did not follow protocol, never changed gloves, didn’t use a dedicated tray or knife. I called them on it, and they remade the sandwich using everything fresh.
I would feel safe eating here again, but only if I was vigilant about watching them prepare. There is a huge risk for CC, but as long as the person preparing it takes the allergy protocols seriously, it is a good place to grab a yummy breakfast! Just be prepared for a line! I had the egg salad!

I was excited to try the gluten free buns and due to jet lag managed to get there early enough for them to still be stocked… I was pretty disappointed, the bun basically disintegrated whilst trying to eat it - typical gluten free bread scenario, so crumbly and difficult to eat. I took a risk on there being dairy in the GF bun and sadly, it wasn’t worth it. Important to point out though, the egg filling was delicious and the staff super helpful (perhaps that day the buns just weren’t the freshest?).

I went to Eggslut 2 years ago, and I still think about it no less than 3 times a week.
They carry delicious gluten free buns (which are uncommon) and can make any menu item gluten free. I had the Fairfax sandwich with bacon added every day, and I never got tired of it.
I have celiac, so I am always worried going to a new restaurant, especially breakfast places. However, I was reassured after asking my series of celiac questions to the cashier the first time I went. All gluten free sandwiches are made by a separate person, at a separate station. I am a sensitive celiac, and did not get any symptoms at all.
With how mouthwatering their food is, expect a decent line when you go. I went for opening and there was still a line, so make sure to account for that. It might get better as the day goes on. It is completely worth it though!! There is nothing quite like safe, worry-free, delicious gluten free food.

I’d love to be able to write an actual review, but after taking an Uber then waiting in a long line to order here they informed us that they were out of gluten free buns. The only signage indicating this was a small piece of receipt tape on the front of the register that doesn’t become visible until after waiting in the aforementioned long line. If I were immortal then wasting that much time probably wouldn’t matter, but sadly I’m not.

Went here based on the reviews, it was delicious! There is indeed a long line, I went at 11am and waited about 20 minutes, it moved fast. Ordered the gluten free sausage egg and cheese, and the bacon egg and cheese, hash browns. Noted my allergy and it was taken seriously in the kitchen. Definitely recommended if you’re center strip! I’m highly sensitive and had no issues.

Went here once while visiting because everyone said how great it was. We got there about 15 minutes before it opened and the line was already pretty long, but don't let that fool you, it goes really quick once they open. Got a sausage, egg and cheese sandwich, hasbrowns, and OJ. The head chef changed gloves and made my food start to finish, and it was bagged separate from my wife's order. *Beware of the yolk, it will leak all over, if you don't leave the butt of the sandwich in the paper lol.* Everything was really tasty, and the biscuit held together decently. Seems pricy for what you get, but its a good to-go option for celiacs in Vegas.

Traveling to Vegas for vacation and this was our first stop for breakfast. Ordered bacon, egg and cheese sandwiches (gluten free). and an order of truffle hash browns to share. The hash browns were amazing and sandwiches pretty good. Chipotle ketchup in the sandwich was interesting flavour. Agree with some reviews to say that the GF sandwich was a bit crumbly. The assembly process felt safe as buns were warmed in separate trays, dedicated area for GF prep and one person took care of the order from beginning to end. Will be back. Warning that there is a long line but it does move quickly.

Had the Fairfax on gluten free bun, no cheese and hash-browns. The sandwich must been eaten with a fork since the gf bun crumbles, but that’s something to expect with gf buns.
The cashier listened when I explained my allergies and she made sure what I ordered was okay for me to eat.
Overall, good food and I didn’t get sick

Was excited to try it based off reviews here, but we got there at 9am (they open at 7), and they were out of gluten free bread.
They were awesome about gluten free. Only reason for the four star rating is because the GF bread they used on the sandwich wasn’t great. The hash browns were next level delicious.

Absolutely amazing for gluten free people for breakfast. The hashbrowns are little pieces of heaven cooked in duck fat with truffle oil, seasalt. They are crispy golden brown on the outside and delicate on the inside. We loved to so much we went twice and we cabbed it from Harrah's. The staff was fantastic! We got there early and we ate there twice no issues with either of us.

I was excited to eat here, but I was disappointed by their allergy procedures. I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich on their GF bread, but they were out. Any sandwich could be made as a salad, so I switched. I watched them make my salad on the flat top, and could see that the leaves were clearly touching the (non GF) buns on both of the other sides. My food wasn’t kept separate. Not sure what their allergy procedures are as I asked them to ring it in as an allergy and made it clear why I needed GF. I did not eat the salad because I knew it would make me sick.

The hash browns are a must and the bread is very good. I am a pretty intense celiac and it was fabulous. I had no issues from there. This is a must visit in Las Vegas if you are a celiac. I got the turkey sausage sandwich and the hash browns. If I come back to vegas I will visit here again.

Felt very safe eating here! They had GF bread that they kept completely separate. They also handed it to us in a separate bag than the other orders in the group that contained gluten. The bread was flakey/broke apart easily but felt safe here which is key!

As always, advocate for yourself and make sure they know it’s an allergy, not a dietary preference. They have a button to mark allergies. I was skeptical about their cross contact procedures but I was assured they’d change gloves and take precautions. I immediately knew when my sandwich was being made because it was being carried around on a separate tray, got the bacon and eggs fresh off the grill, then was placed in a toaster oven instead of the cooktop. The bun crumbled rather quickly but at least i knew it was for sure gluten free, and the sandwich was tasty nonetheless.

This place was a wonderful find. The duck fat rosemary hash browns are absolutely delicious and they are gf. They make their own gf roll in house and can serve their breakfast sandwiches on that. People line up half an hour before the place opens - it’s that yummy! Get extra napkins for the sandwiches. The sandwich can run and squirt you when you are eating it. Totally worth it though for the yum factor! I am a celiac and ate here twice and did not get sick.

I ordered the egg sausage cheese sandwich with the gluten free bun. The bun at first seemed dry with no flavor, but after a few bites it was good. I think it does the job. I also ordered the truffle hash browns. These were amazing, but I think have some gluten in them or are definitely fried with other items that have gluten. I have a mild reaction.

Food is good, but not celiac safe. They fry all their buns together on the same griddle whether they’re GF or not. Lots of cross contamination. I didn’t think the GF bun was good. It was really dry and crumbly.

They have a gf bun for their sandwiches & I thought it was great! My husband & I both ordered a different gf sandwich, 1 with bacon & 1 with sausage & they both tasted fantastic!
