I used to love Eight Settlers before I had to go gluten free. I went last night and was bummed to see nothing on the menu was marked if it was gf or not. I asked the server what I could eat on the menu and he didn’t know and had to go ask. (To be fair, he said he was new.) Upon his return, he told me that “most of the menu could likely be made gf” but anytime I asked about something, he would say “I’m not sure so probably not.” He did warn about cross contamination with the fries I ate, so bonus points for that. If you’re celiac, I likely wouldn’t trust going here. (I’m avoiding gluten due to an autoimmune disease so I can’t guarantee how safe this is.) The only thing on the menu that is distinctly listed as gf is the gluten free brownie. The restaurant lists out what is vegan directly on the menu. I wish they would do the same for gf.

Delicious food and incredible views. Wonderful ambiance. Not a ton of selection, but it was yummy and I didn't get sick. (I have Celiac). I've tried the Caesar salad, yam creme brulee, and some cocktails.

Gluten aware and several GF items on the menu; not listed but once I asked I was told what was GF by staff who seemed aware and knowledgeable. No issues eating here and it’s a nice establishment.
