Symptomatic Celiac

The boss, Mr. Pronesti, knows about Celiac disease and contamination. They have also ice ceam with gluten and they have no glutenfree ice cream cones. But he uses a new spoon and takes the ice cream from the bottom to avoid contamination. But of course you can only choose the glutenfree ice cream flavors with cups. We always order directly from the boss.
