When you share that you are GF, they are knowledgable and careful with your orders. They will substitute spiced mayo for the soy sauce and do not have gf soy sauce.

Review
There is no official gluten free menu. However, if you mention that you need gluten free food, the owners are very good about indicating what is safe and what isn’t. Their soy sauce isn’t gluten free, but they offer to exchange it for spicy mayo. Haven’t had any issues in the 15+ times we’ve gone!
