Review of El Agave Grill

I didn't want to eat chips / granola bars for dinner on the road so took a chance and ate here despite no information about gluten free. I'm glad I did. They were very helpful with my questions and let me know they make the enchilada sauce and it has no flour or wheat, and that the corn tortillas are 100% corn not a blend. I ordered beef enchiladas. It came with a side of baked beans and rice. Super tasty!
