This is a takeout-only concept by the chefs of Tanta. Probably the best takeout experience I’ve had during COVID times because the textures and flavors of the food remained so fresh during delivery, which is hard for many restaurants that previously did not run a takeout operation. They specialize in rice bowls (flavors from around the world such as Asian or Spanish) and the arroz con carnitas were so delicious. I didn’t talk to them about what options could be made gluten free from the menu (I could tell this dish already was) but made a note to ensure that the dish is prepared gluten free and felt fine after eating.
