El Azteco West is the best! The owner Bobbi, she is amazing. I always get beans, rice and 2 corn tortilla tacos and have no problem. You can get the enchiladas which are corn as well and get creative on the menu with replacing anything with corn shells. They use corn shells for everything unless you ask for flour. The outdoor patio seating is truly amazing here at the Lansing one off Saginaw! Enjoy ❤
