SOME of the staff are knowledgeable about Celiac... but that does not mean anything. I used to work here. The kitchen staff says they take the necessary precautions to avoid contamination, but that’s not true. Flour is every where. Even the chips served at the table are not gluten free! And even if they were, they’d be cross contaminated as the waiters grab the chips with their hands.

The chips are not gluten free, but dips (queso and guacamole) are listed as gluten free (they come with the chips). The staff seems super confused about what has gluten and what doesn't. In short, I wouldn't trust the menu or that you won't get glutenized.

Delightful restaurant. The waiter knew what I could eat and what not to eat. Very helpful - I would definitely eat here again. I ordered the Pollo Guadalajara and it was delish. Also, very reasonable prices.

has GF items specified on menu. dont think it truly has dedicated kitchen space as description states unless waiter is not fully informed. waiter very helpful though. very good chile colorado with white corn tortillas.

My family and I havr ate here before but when my daughter was diagnosed w/ celiac, i found out they offer gluten free, and when i called and talked to the manager to make sure there were no worries about CC, he was very helpfull and confident there would not be and he was right! Theres not alot of restaurants on the island that the gluten free food isn't guarenteed CC free besides here and the staff was amazing and had knowledge of everything. They have a seperate area they prepare the food. The next time we went back, they knew exactly what my daughter had ordered the time before and even had warm corn tortillas and her own bowl of salsa in hand when they seated us! It's a great family owned business with great food and caring, personal staff!! They don't have a seperate gluten free menu but the staff knows exactly how things are prepared and if its gluten free.
