Review of El Chaparral Mexican Restaurant

We’ve visited here twice with completely opposite experiences. Separate GF menu.

First visit in July 2021: Their rice is now GF. I had the tacos and a ranch water. Waitress was super helpful and knowledgeable. Felt very safe.

Second visit in December 2021: Waiter had no idea what was GF. I asked for the manager and he didn’t want to help. I asked him to put our order in and instead he just turned around and told our waiter, didn’t specify that I have gluten and dairy allergies. He was just rude and clearly didn’t care. He also told me the rice isn’t GF. Then the waiter brought us flour tortillas.
