I've had both good and bad experiences at El Charro. It totally depends on the knowledge and attentiveness of the person who takes your order and who makes your food. I've had orders that were perfect- corn tortillas and no dairy. But this last order was awful. I asked for corn tortillas and no cheese on anything. Everything came covered in cheese and I have no idea what kind of tortillas were used because I didn't get that far. (It was carry out and I didn't open it til I got home) I called the restaurant and the manager argued with me, saying it was a Saturday night and they were justified in their mistake. I told her it was an allergy and I couldn't eat my dinner. She suggested I drive back and return the food for a refund. I was not inclined to drive back across town to return the food.
