The owner is very knowledgeable about gluten containing ingredients and didn’t hesitate to have staff clean the kitchen area before preparing our food. Honestly the best experience eating gluten free at a non-dedicated restaurant in Paris! Tacos are delicious (beef, beans or just plain cheese), and so is the chips and queso.
