This is a dining experience for the adventurous person. They accommodated GF, LF, and a peanut allergy without many substitutions. They use so many unique ingredients I could not tell what half of what I ate actually was! But I had a relatively high trust in them. They are obviously familiar with allergies. It was a fun night. I would highly recommend a celiac going if you are a bit of a Foodi. Lots of foods unique to Colombia served with stories and dining experiences.

This is a tasting menu type place, one of the best restaurants in the city. I was with a large group and was the only one with GF needs (I'm Celiac). The staff prepared a few separate dishes for me, but didn't always tell me which things I could eat and which I couldn't. I had to ask each course that arrived. But the food was delicious and most of it was GF even without making accommodations for me.
