El Fuego Mexican Restaurant

I usually eat at the sister restaurant, el beso and have never had problems there. However, ate there last month and the server didn't seem to care. I blew it off because I had always had been safe, but got violently ill by the end of dinner. I can handle basic cross continuation, so for me to be so ill means they really screwed it up.

They put flour in the cheese! I was told this by a server when I told him I was GF. Great food, good servers and nice atmosphere. I have loved this place for years!

Yes

They have the GF menu but it's cross contaminated with gluten food. Not all the servers are knowledgeable of gluten allergies. Even when you are ordering from the GF menu they will still ask if you want corn or flour tortillas. When we eat here I always have some stomach issues after.
