This one was a little tricky for me! We stopped here and were unsure what to expect safety-wise. One server was very hesitant and leaned on the side of “don’t order anything here” but another server was there to help clarify with the kitchen that the corn tortillas are in fact gluten-free. I do think there was a little bit of a language barrier with the first server and I really appreciated her extreme caution though! I went for it and ordered two tacos. They were delicious! Once they knew I had an allergy, they were super cautious, and I didn’t get sick. The corn chips DO go in a fryer and it’s NOT dedicated gluten-free, so chips and nachos would be a big cross-contamination issue. I would say go for some simple tacos though!
