The wait staff was knowledgeable, ensured I new the tortilla chips were risky as they didn't have a dedicated fryer. Provided my with a GF menu. The menu was clear about flour being present in the green chili and refried beans. I ate the fajitas and black beans and felt great. Food wad pretty great too.

The wait staff is 100% clueless about gluten free food, Celiac disease, gluten, cross contamination. They seriously need to be educated on Celiac disease, what gluten free means and why it's important.
I thought the food was average mexican but others in my party were quite impressed. I had the steak fajita salad and I didnt feel sick afterwards. So that's all that matters, right?
And, yeah, they have a frier dedicated just to the corn tortilla chips. That's another good point for their scorecard. I couldn't tell if their gluten free menu was super large. Their green chili and refried beans are cooked with flour and arent gluten free. The gluten free menu just states that with only a few menu items from their four pages of entrees. I'm thinking you could get more adventurous than I did and request to remove the green chili on the entrees if you wanted. For a first visit, I'm gonna play it safe.
Oh and waitress took my requests seriously. Another good point on their scorecard.

Food was very fresh! Great tasting gluten free!
First time at a new place so I called ahead to see if they had gf options which they did including a dedicated fryer for chips. The menu is a little limited but very detailed as to why you can’t have certain items including refried beans. We had the chicken and steak fajitas and they were fantastic. The food was good portion and hot! Based off the service and willingness of our waiter to make sure we had a safe meal I would return.
