According to our server, nothing with gluten goes in the fryer. Our son has the tortilla chips and fajitas with no issues.

I have two kids with Celiac and we’ve eaten at other locations of El Limon with success. Their menus vary slightly from location to location. They substituted corn tortillas for the quesadillas and cooked them on foil covering the grill. They told us that it is not a dedicated fryer for the chips (shared with the churros), so we skipped them. The Ambler location does not have churros and has a dedicated fryer for their chips.

Good Mexican food with good service. The mole sauce is the real deal. They don't have a gluten free menu but are aware. They say they have customers who are gluten free. Most mexican food is naturally gluten free. Churros are deep fried so the fryer is off limits. For my wife who has celiac they microwaved the corn tortillas used in the enchiladas. She enjoyed them and didn't get sick.
