Can make enchiladas with corn tortillas.
The host and server had NO IDEA about gluten free… coupled with the previous poor review here…. I was uncomfortable and left without eating after the server didn’t know what gluten free is.

The wait staff were not able to understand my questions (language barrier) and got the manager. The manager didn't know what gluten was. When I explained, he offered to sub out corn tortillas for flour tortillas on any of the menu items. But they don't have a dedicated gluten free fryer and I don't think they understood about cross contamination or preventative measures. I was with a group, so I ordered Pollo Loco without the tortillas and didn't have a noticable reaction. But since I have Celiac I will not be going back and do not recommend to others with Celiac or gluten allergy. If you are avoiding gluten purely as a dietary choice, then they have lots of menu options for you.
No
