The food is not gluten free as they use the same fryer for everything. The meal I ordered was gluten free in that it was meat and rice. The taste of the food was excellent I will say. This restaurant was overkill on their approach the the virus with an over 98% survival rate. Temperature checks upon entrance (my temp was 96, so I was medically dead lol) and hand sanitizer bottles on all tables (with unspecified chemicals in it). It just dampened the experience overall.

Ate their for lunch. They did not have GF buns so I got a grilled chicken sandwich with no bun and fries. Had my worst reaction this trip yet so most likely CC 😔
The food was okay, not the flavor I expected. I got sick the next day but it likely could have been the heat and not the food. The atmosphere was awesome
Staff was friendly and knowledgeable about gluten. The food was great, and I didn't get sick.
Host was knowledgeable. Good food. Don’t order anything fried- it’s a shared fryer.
Ehhh. Been here three times with mixed results. Great gluten free selection, but food is so-so in my opinion.
Staff has ranged from knowledgeable to no clue, but willing to ask.
I’ve never been sick here, but I think it’s less because of their attentiveness and more because most items seem to be gf.
It’s ok if you happen to get a waiter that knows what to look for. Mine came over with a plantain (straight from the CC’d fryer) on top. No GF menu.
Our waiter was quite knowledgeable about what items were gluten free. Food was good and no reaction.
Wonderful, yummy Cuban food and wonderful atmosphere by Mallory Square. Only gave it four stars because the reception staff was clueless. Ask to be seated in August's area. He was very knowledgeable and even able to help me select items that were GF and nightshade free. Two thumbs up for service and a great meal!!
