The manager came over and explained their sauce has flour in it. The chips are cross contaminated. They made my steak without the sauce but it had no taste and lots of grease. I would say a hard pass on the restaurant. Even my husband did not enjoy his meal.

The waitress had a hard time at first understanding, but once she did it was great! The food was super delicious and i have not felt sick yet. All of the staff here was so nice, they even brought a water bowl for my dog! Super great experience overall

Once we told the waitress we needed GF information, she was quick to let us know that they will have to make us special chips in separate grease. She also helped out with the menu and was knowledgeable about GF (so I thought). Chips came out and they were obviously cooked in new grease, and that was great! Got enchiladas (had them put grated cheese on top, instead of sauce since it was NOT GF). About 3 hours later my husband got seriously sick!!!! The worst I have every seen....... We still are not sure what happened, but he guesses it was the rice. Not sure how they would know so much but then not think about the other simple things. As always, be very careful eating out! Almost ruined out vacation since it was the first day there!!!!

The usual tortilla chips are fried in cross-contaminated oil, but when I told our server I couldn't eat them, they heated up some fresh, separate oil for me and made me my own! They also seemed knowledgable about preventing cross-contamination. I was also told that they could make pretty much anything with corn tortillas instead of flour.
