I eat out at restaurants all the time with my celiac and am very comfortable with it.
While this started out as a positive experience the waitress i had was not trained enough and i ended up getting sick.
We ordered the fajitas and when they brought out the tortillas they did not look like they were made from corn.
We asked our waitress if that was their corn tortilla. Even opened it up and had her look at it. We were reluctant to eat it but she explained how they are so soft because they make the corn tortilla in house on a separate press continually reassuring me it was safe.
I ended up eating one of them and my boyfriend had the other two. When we asked for more corn tortillas they brought them out and they looked completely different. We notified the staff that they had made a mistake and looking at the difference there was no way that what we had was a corn tortilla.
This is just my experience and it was definitely a mistake but because of it i don’t know that i would go again.

Delicious food and friendly staff. Was a bit worried from the other reviews, but I did not get sick. They informed me they still have a separate fryer for gluten free.

Great lunch spot! Chips are fried in their own fryer, queso is gluten free and staff was very knowledgeable. Cheese enchiladas were good, not amazing, but I’d definitely go back for the gluten free options!

Mexican food at Fashion Show Mall
No longer celiac safe fried chips and food. Menu has changed. :( Lots that was GF is no longer. And they don’t educate staff on GF options.

Yes, they did change their menu. However, I had never been prior so I was not disappointed. Everything that was not fried or their steak (besides the ribeye) due to how it was cooked and/or seasoning was gluten free. My waiter was knowledge. My food came out with an allergy pick and I did not get sick. I got the chicken enchilada’s. Various other types of enchiladas, tacos, fajitas, and grilled fish was gluten free.

Menu has changed. No longer seems to be celiac safe. Gluten is present in many dishes and the staff was confused as to what was GF and what wasn’t. While our server did his best, I didn’t feel confident my meal would be safe. Do your research before you go to make sure you would feel safe eating here. I did not.

They changed their menu. The chips are no longer fried in a dedicated fryer and most of their feed options have gluten now. They said the only things that are gluten free are chicken fajitas and some of the enchiladas. At least the servers are knowledgeable.

Delicious gluten free food on the Vegas Strip! I decided to eat here because of the amount of positive reviews on this app. The waiter was very helpful in answering my questions about the menu. I had the bottomless chips and salsa as well as the chicken tacos. Both were awesome! The food also comes out marked with an allergy notice. Overall, it was a great experience!

Came here after seeing how High it was rated. Delicious food! Nothing marked GF on menu but almost everything on the menu can be made GF. We had a rush meal due to a show and it was still fantastic. A must visit for any coeliacs staying near the strip.

We fell in love. Most items on the menu can be made GF or are naturally GF. Flavourful meal with reasonable prices. I loved how the order was written on a pink paper for the allergy - minimizing chance of error. Got the bottomless chips, steak taco and enchiladas. Meal was served with allergy sticks on it to indicate gluten free. We would definitely be back when we are next in town.

This place was really good and the staff were knowledgeable. Our fav was the fajitas (skirt steak) and the guacamole. They also seem to have a dedicated fryer for the chips and yum!!! The tacos were a little dry, but still good. I can’t do dairy, and they easily accommodated both issues.

Okay so im a celiac who ONLY eats at fully gluten free establishments I am very sensitive to cross contact BUT I FOUND THE EXCEPTION!!!! This place is a gem for celiacs and gluten allergies. Waiters are very knowledgeable and there is a dedicated frier for the chips! I had the mahi mahi tacos on the most delicious house made corn tortillas. They put tooth picks with “allergy” stamped on them in your food so I was confident they were safe in the kitchen. Ate here twice during my time in Vegas and didn’t get sick at all. Truly so thankful for this wonderful experience here. Felt so comfortable and understood. Great happy hour deals too. Will be back if I’m ever in Vegas again. Our waiter mentioned they get a lot of celiacs and gluten allergies from this app :)

Update 7/26/22 - Still safe and still good! I saw a review that said beef birria tacos was not safe for celiacs, but I am totally fine and have eaten twice this week.
Chips fried in dedicated fryer, salsa/guac is safe. Most of the menu can be made gluten free! The server knew what to do when I mentioned I had an allergy (celiac) and my food came out with a little wooden allergy label.
Strawberry margarita was SO GOOD and gluten free as well. Happy Hour marg is the same size as normal medium!

I asked about gf options and the server was very quick to answer. She told me the frozen margaritas were not gf, but that I'd be able to order one off the non-premixed cocktail menu. I felt a little skeptical since she said the nachos were gf but I'm not sure about their fryer.
I ordered the veggie tacos with corn tortillas and they were delicious. I didn't get sick at all and would definitely recommend it.

Sooooooo safe and sooo delicious! Our waitress was super sweet and was a so aware of celiac and cross contact - they served my food with a Food Allergy Tooth pick as well
I had chicken fajitas with corn tortillas but they were small so I ended up making it all a bowl on my plate instead. Also had chips and quac.
So delicious I was stuffed and couldn’t stop myself from eating
I’m a super sensitive celiac and did not have any issues - highly recommend

The server informed us that NONE of the margaritas were gluten free. They had no gf ciders/seltzers which was disappointing. Server was cold and unfriendly. **edited** We gave this restaurant another chance a few days later. We had a much friendlier server who took the time to help us out. The strawberry and skinny margarita ARE gluten free. Food was delicious.

While this restaurant doesn’t note GF on the menu, majority of their food is GF! They also have allergy flags they add to your food.
I ordered the nachos and chicken enchiladas and both were very good!
The chips are fried separately so they’re celiac safe.

5/22 update: they no longer use latex gloves! Also the manager Jackie was very helpful as her husband has severe food allergies so she totally understands. Had shrimp fajitas that were delicious and no reaction (and we are super sensitive). Highly recommend!
Awesome restaurant! They accommodated GF and DF and my latex allergy (they use latex gloves but they also have other gloves (nitrile or vinyl) so they prepare everything fresh with those on). The warms trays of chips were delicious (dedicated fryer) and thoroughly enjoyed all of the salsas and guacamole too. Tacos were delicious and came with GF corn tortillas. Also had the corn (w/no dairy). Highly recommend and will be going back on my next trip to Vegas!! Cool atmosphere on the strip ... we actually sat outside.

Quite literally one of the best dining experiences i’ve had. When i first sat down i told the host i had celiac and not only was he aware of what it was but also pointed me to so many GF options. Me and my parents started with the Nachos Appetizer, and then i got the shrimp fajitas (both absolutely delicious). Not only do they have a dedicated fryer but when my food came out there was an “Allergy” skewer in my food. Hours later i am happy with no reaction and a new favorite mexican restaurant.

I was extremely disappointed by this place due to the amazing reviews. The server was clueless. Said my only gluten free option was a caesar salad, and provided short and useless answers when I asked about allergy accommodations. Ended up getting the Caesar Salad and was very sick after.
Not to mention, we sat outside where trees overhang the tables, birds are every and one pooped right in front of my face onto the table. Luckily we had not gotten our food yet.
