Waitress knew a lot about the gluten free options including which items went in the separate gluten fryer. We shared the chips, salsa and guacamole. I ordered the burrito bowl which was large and delicious. The service was fast and efficient and most importantly I did not get sick.

Server was informed on allergies and then double checked the food when asked. All in all a safe experience. Had modified carnitas and shrimp tacos, some of the best flavors I’ve had in a while. Just expensive at $9/taco

This restaurant does gluten free very well. Most of the tacos can be made GF, and they have a separate fryer for their chips. The salsa is nice and spicy and the guac is fresh. Many margaritas, cocktails and tequilas to choose from. Delish and did not disappoint!

Rather disappointing. Our server was uninformed about the gluten content of their food, and what we ordered was disappointing, except for the nachos. The nachos were amazing. Won't be returning.

This place was not at all gluten free friendly in my opinion. Mexican food is usually a safe bet but nearly everything here comes with flour tortillas. I asked to substitute corn and mentioned having a gluten allergy, and yes my tacos came out touching others and touching the fried, battered fish on another taco. No knowledge of celiac or allergies or at least no understanding of severity. The chips are all corn but beyond that, this menu was difficult.

I would absolutely not return.

Great food and very attentive and knowledgeable staff. We mistakenly ordered something on floor tortillas (our fault) and our server caught it and made sure everything we ordered was safe. I would highly recommend this place.

Great food and I felt really confident ordering here. The waiter confirmed what was gluten free and what was not. Nothing was marked on the menu, though. Definitely recommend! It was one of my favorite meals at Vail!

Food was pretty good and most items were either already GF or could be made GF. Our waiter also brought out a list that listed every item on the menu and showed wether the item was already GF, could be made GF, and how items that didn’t have GF substitutes could be turned into something similar and GF. Great experience!

I cannot stress how amazing this place is! They were able to make most anything gluten free, and our waiter was SUPER helpful! The burrito bowl that I had was delicious, and due too the dedicated gluten free fryer, I was able to have the chips and guacamole, too!

There's 4 tacos on the menu that cannot be done gluten free due to marinades/breading but tons of options! Chips and corn tortilla shell is fried in a dedicated fryer! You have to specify that you want corn tortillas for your tacos as they usually come on a flour corn mixed tortilla. Food is amazing! Staff is super friendly. Aside from a couple menu options everything can pretty much be prepared gluten free!

Chips & margs were great!! I got the fajitas and it was a LOT of meat & veggies which was great, but it was pretty spicy. It would’ve been fine if there had been sour cream to tame it, but there was only a little guacamole & cheese. Definitely not enough for the amount of food there was. But really great service and food! I probably should’ve gotten the tacos with corn tortillas which would have been a perfect amount of food.

Bartender who took my order was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. I was nervous initially eating here but my confidence grew after our conversation!

Tacos were amazing!! So many options as a celiac- I had the veggie and chicken tacos which were delicious.

This restaurant wins the prize for knowledge and how cautious its staff are about safe food for people with Celiac Disease (& I suspect those with other allergies too). Eat here and feel good. The manager, waitress, chef, and everyone serving us worked extra-hard to make sure they got things right. There is a dedicated fryer for chips and taco salad tortilla. Specify corn tortillas for tacos. Request corn tortillas be grilled in a separate pan.

The other thing that was great about this place other than being able to eat the food is that no one made me feel like I was being annoying which is how I frequently feel when visiting most restaurants. Five stars. We’ll be back!
