This restaurant wins the prize for knowledge and how cautious its staff are about safe food for people with Celiac Disease (& I suspect those with other allergies too). Eat here and feel good. The manager, waitress, chef, and everyone serving us worked extra-hard to make sure they got things right. There is a dedicated fryer for chips and taco salad tortilla. Specify corn tortillas for tacos. Request corn tortillas be grilled in a separate pan.
The other thing that was great about this place other than being able to eat the food is that no one made me feel like I was being annoying which is how I frequently feel when visiting most restaurants. Five stars. We’ll be back!
