Delicious! Most of the menu is naturally gluten free. There is one dish that uses flour tortillas and tres leche cake, but most everything else is safe. The yuka fries are rustic cut and perfectly crispy in the outside. The papusa was great. The arepa came as a sandwich with our choice of protein, avocado, and pico. Wish we had time to eat here again.

Delicious food. Wonderful people. Atmosphere is wonderful. This place would definitely be one of my favorites. One of the owners was working the counter and walked us through most of the menu. Most of the menu is already gf. And no modifications needed to be made. But he did let us know they had flour in the kitchen but they used new dishes and pan, with an individual cook, when ever an allergy or celiac is in play.

The food is amazing and staff is very knowledgeable. Just about the entire menu is GF besides a few items. Highly recommend the fried plantains.

Incredible tacos! Only two things on the menu can’t be made gluten free. The cauliflower based chorizo is delicious and the margaritas are great. Thanks, Luis!

El Sur is a Honduran restaurant. Most of the food contains no gluten. Their corn tortillas that are used in most dishes are wonderful and more fluffy than most street tacos. The papusa is quite wonderful as well. They have added Honduran fried chicken which do mot contain gluten. Its a must visit!!!
