This is my wife’s and I favorite local Mexican spot. At our first visit 3-4 years ago the staff told us their enchiladas were generally safe (in that it did not have any gluten ingredients, not that it’s gluten free since it’s obviously a shared kitchen). She is very sensitive to gluten and has always ordered enchiladas. On average she has some adverse reaction 1 out of 5 times (we order pretty regularly). If you have Celiac or are extremely allergic I would exercise caution. But if you are less sensitive, you may be ok.

Terrible for GF. We were told the following were GF. Kids Cheeseburger with no bun, hard shell corn tacos with beef and cheese, Mexican rice, and beans. Tested with Nima and all tested positive for gluten. Do not eat here if you are Celiac!!!
