Review of El Tovar Dining Room

El Tovar was a great place to dine. The wait staff and chef were very accommodating to a gluten free diet. The staff was able to make just about any item on the menu gluten free. I was able to order gluten free pasta, bread, and cake. They were all tasty, and I did not get sick from the food or cross-contamination.
