I had an amazing Gluten-Free Chocolate cupcake at Neiman Marcus at North-park mall in Dallas. It was beautiful & super delicious. They are made by Elegant Cakery in Southlake. I live in Colleyville, and it's nice to know that I can buy them direct from Elegant Cakery as well.
