This review is primarily for the one gluten free beer that Element makes - Plasma. They call this a Sake IPA. I'm not sure where the name comes from, maybe it is rice based, however, it was excellent and the first beer I have had since being diagnosed a couple of months ago. My non-celiac friend tried a sampler and said the GF option was the best. The wings were smoked, not fried, and were also safe. Cool little spot if you are out this way. They also distill vodka, tequila, whiskey and rum and will can cocktails to go!
