honestly best mexican food i’ve had - stop on every road trip from houston to arizona and have always felt great after eating here. the waiters understand and there is only 1 item (the fish tacos) that is battered. Honestly I can’t even explain or say how good this food is - i’m amazed and wish I could eat here everyday.

Server was a little bit dismissive, so don't know if the fryer is gf, but tacos were outstanding.

Almost all items are gluten free with the exception of the fish and one other item (I can’t remember). I had the paisano taco and the cauliflower taco. Both excellent and had no reaction!

The entire dinner menu is GF. The food was one of the best meals I’ve had in years.

Was disappointed based on the last review because when I said I had a gluten allergy, the waiter said, “I don’t know what that means.” Rather than asking the chef, he just blankly stared while I told him what I cannot eat. I had the duck tacos and was fine but was not totally feeling safe.

Only 1 item on the menu was not gluten free. Server was very helpful. They take corn tortillas made in house and bake them to make tortilla chips. Multiple appetizers that were delicious! We had duck tacos that were amazing! They even had a chia pudding dessert that my son loved.
