Review of Elevation Burger

I have celiac disease and have severe reactions to gluten contamination. I have eaten here twice and haven't been sick! They were very careful with my order each time. They even added "gluten allergy" to my receipt! I ordered fries to share with my non-gf mom and they ensured that the fries were placed in a separate bag with my burger so they wouldn't be contaminated by her burger. The only downside is that they don't have a gluten free bun, so the GF burger is served lettuce wrapped. However, the lettuce wrap is always well done. The lettuce is fresh and the contents are delicious. Additionally, the food is great, organic and fresh- with beef from grass-fed, free range cattle that is ground on-site. They also have vegetarian and paleo friendly options.
