EPC is one of our favorites. Eaten here in person and takeout dozens of times, never a single instance of cross contamination. If you like gorgonzola, I highly recommend the steak Gorgonzola pasta. (My gluten eating husband also thinks EPC is great).

Tip: their gf chocolate chip cookies are awesome.

Second tip: they have a second place attached to their building called Bruce’s that has the same full EPC food menu plus bar drinks (so 21+). They also have an even bigger outdoor patio seating option on Bruce’s side, if not there is a small covered patio seating at the front of EPC.

Fabulous! Whole experience was lovely. Employees are super kind, friendly and knowledgeable about GF. Karissa (manager) and Kayla (waitress) made the night fun and personal. The GF bread was great and the GF Shrimp Rosetta was incredibly yummy. Couldn’t recommend this place more.

Helpful staff. The full gluten free menu is online so you can see it before going in. The pasta is rice based penne and is pretty good. If you can have dairy the menu has a ton more options with delicious sauces.

Lots of options on their GF menu. Had the pesto chicken which was tasty. Disappointed with their toasted slice of gf seeded bread.

The Pasta Co is one of my go-to's for a night out because of the quality of their gluten free meals. You can ask for gluten free noodles to be subbed in to a pretty long list of their dishes, and while the gf noodles aren't fancy, they are really quality with great texture. I have a gluten digestive enzyme before I eat meals from here and I've always felt completely fine afterwards. However, I'm not celiac, so please keep that in mind.

We've ordered takeout a couple of times, and every time the gluten free items (including complimentary bread) are clearly marked. The Ellensburg Pasta Co is a breeze and a delight to eat at for me so far!

This is some of the best pasta sauce ever (got half meat and half mizithra / artichoke)! They have a separate menu for gf and dairy free options and, yes, their pasta is cooked in separate water than their regular pasta. Enjoy!

This was pretty good. I remembered along time ago they had GF French bread. I asked for bread and got a slice of gf toast. Still nice to be able to have it. I also had a warm chocolate chip cookie. That was great

Well intended, but poorly executed. First of all, write the order down when it’s an allergy or medical need, if nothing else but for your customer’s confidence in the process. I’ll never understand why waiters/waitresses think it’s some kind of badge of honor to memorize orders. Second, if you don’t write it down, make dang sure you get it right. We had very simple orders. I ordered the GF chicken pesto. My son asked if he could have GF chicken fettuccini alfredo (a pasta listed on the Gf menu, but asked specifically to verify if the alfredo was GF and we were assured twice, from the chef supposedly, that it was). Our orders first came out with penne alfredo and chicken Asiago. We again repeated that our orders were GF chicken fettuccini alfredo and Gf chicken pesto (again not written down). We received Gf chicken alfredo penne pasta rather than fettuccini and basil pesto pasta without chicken. I informed the waiter of the problem but gave up at that point and ate what was brought. I appreciate the effort to have Gf options. Really. Unfortunately, the pasta was overcooked/mushy, and my son was very sick by the time we reached Vantage. I’m usually very easy to please (celiacs don’t have that many great options anyway), but we both regretted the stop and won’t be returning. Sad. We had a very positive experience there a few years ago.

Extensive gluten free menu, well informed about celiac needs and a safe delicious meal. I’m definitely someone who errs on the side of asking tons of questions and being really specific about what I need to be safe and had no troubles, even with a large group.

They have a separate allergen menu which has the items listed under categories such as gf, gluten and dairy free, etc. It was nice to not have to ask a ton of questions to get that information. They also have gf bread while you’re waiting for your food, which is rare even at accommodating Italian restaurants. They also have gf desserts but I was too full to try them!

My husband and I were visiting from out of state and found the EPC on Find me

gluten free. I can say without hesitation, that my meal was the best GF meal that I have ever had.Our friendly, helpful server recommended the steak gorgonzola. My husband ordered the regular version and I had it GF. It was delicious!! The serving was so generous that I was able to enjoy it again the next day. They also served GF bread with garlic and olive oil which was also great. My only regret is that EPC is in Washington, and I live in Pennsylvania.

Went here for lunch on my way from Seattle to Spokane. Took my newly diagnosed (and very sensitive to gluten) 3 and 1 yr old daughters. they have a large GF menu with tasty GF pasta. I asked if they could make a Mac and cheese (my 3 yr old's request, which wasn't on the menu) and they came out with a cheesy Alfredo, which she loved. They also enjoyed GF pasta with marinara sauce.

Not only was our dinner amazingly delicious, but the wait wasn't bad (for a Friday night), the staff was very friendly & willing to make substitutions & additions to our order with ease, but some very kind stranger anonymously paid for our dinner. We'll stop by next time we drive thru Ellensburg! Husband devoured the creamy tomato soup & declared it the best he'd ever tried.

Clam & white sauce was gone from my plate (yum), my daughter loved the pizza (ate 2.5 pieces, a huge meal for her) & they had a toddler plate for my son (they substituted gf bread for the crackers for him), Hubby LOVED the EPC burger (but could only eat 1/2 of it - and he's a big eater!), and the sourdough bread/garlic/evoo/balsamic combo was perfection!

Have many GF menu items to choose from. I had the Simply Healthy with added chicken. GF pasta was a corn penne, very good, cooked well. Waitress said that they have been changing GF pasta a lot lately. Husband had a non-GF Greek Chicken wrap, which he said was good. He tasted my dish as well and liked its flavor.
