We went to another restaurant first that had GF on their menu, but when verifying, they actually did not have GF items. We left and decided to try EBC. Not only did they have a wide selection of GF menu items, our waitress, Grace, was GF as well and very well versed on the menu items and other establishments that have GF. She was wonderful! They do not have a GF dedicated fryer, but do have other options for side dishes. It was so nice to be able to eat without worry. Our meals were great! We will definitely be back!

Nothing marked on the menu but GF buns available for all sandwiches. They do use a shared frier. Waitress was knowledgeable about cross contamination. Not many options but was able to eat safely.

Staff was very knowledgeable about gluten and made sure our meal was celiac safe. Good size menu and nice atmosphere.

They don’t have dedicated fryers and their meat is cooked on the same grill where they toast regular buns. So beware of cross contamination. However, my server was super helpful in finding out what I could and could not eat and I had a decent meal.

Not gluten free friendly , when I asked about there gluen free options , they made feel like I did something wrong and no knowledge about it :(

Knowledgeable server and yummy burger! Fries are not celiac safe, but they have a good quinoa salad for a side.

We had an excellent experience here. The waiter was well versed and actually went out of his way to discuss options with the chef for my daughter for dinner. She ended up ordering the salmon plain with a side of jasmine rice and steamed broccoli. The waiter told us her food was cooked completely separate. Awesome!

I attended a wedding reception here. When I inquired about GF items, I was shown a menu with numerous GF options and told that I could have my choice brought to me at no charge. The waitstaff was very helpful and knowledgeable.
