Amazing, amazing food, and lovely staff who are very willing to work with you, but I’m not sure I’d recommend it for most celiacs. I went with a friend who had connections to the restaurant and had a wonderful experience, but I definitely had to talk through the safety of each part of each dish. The staff were incredibly accommodating and helpful, altering things as needed and putting parts of dishes on the side, but they were clearly not familiar with what is and isn’t celiac safe.

I felt safe eating what was served and didn’t get sick, but I had to lead the process of figuring out what was okay. The food is amazing, so make your own call about how willing you are to ask 84,000 questions and accept substitutions.
