Elway's

Located in the Lodge at Vail, Elway's chophouse serves up uniquely Colorado menu of steaks, a raw bar, and upscale dining. They do not feature a gluten free menu, but their Red Pepper soup, several of their sides and salads are gluten free. The staff was knowledgeable about cross contamination and accommodating to celiacs. They specially prepared steak by pan searing it, rather than on the grill which is not gluten free since they use a lot of thier Elway's seasoning.
