Emil Villa's Hickory Pit

They don’t really know what gluten is. They said all sauces “probably” have wheat after checking with the chef...so I went with a salad with olive oil. The Cobb salad is big though but I’m uncertain if the bacon or processed turkey is gluten free ! Environment is old fashion like a Country Town Buffet.
