Empire Mongolian Grill

Despite previous reviews saying everything is gf, there’s no mention of gluten free on the menu. They also sell things like spaghetti, which I have a hard time believing is gf. When we called to inquire about gluten free, they kept telling us “everything is fresh” and did not seem to understand. We did not eat here.

What a great find! Everything is gluten free! I hadn’t been to a grill like this in decades so the owner guided me how to choose items and handed it off to him to grill. A friend had beef fried rice which was very bland. I had a chicken stir fry which was a joy! Wish they were closer!

The mongolian bbq was phenomenal! The food was so fresh! I ordered orange chicken and hot and sour soup to go, and it was the best gf Chinese food I have foubd! I will definitely be back when I am in the area.

Delicious, Fresh items. All items are Gluten Free, including the Soy Sauce, Noodles (they use rice noodles). You go through and pick the veggies and meat that you want and place them in your bowl using dedicated tongs. They cook them using what sauces you want or their choice. It takes just a couple of minutes and your food is piping hot and delicious! The place is clean and friendly I highly recommend this place!!!
